Caring | Supportive | Faithful
Whether we are talking about helping our youth to make sense of their world, singing affirmative songs of peace from around the world to international communities here, assisting seniors getting to worship, giving out food from our food cupboard, or praying for each other, our community, and the world … South’s Acts of Faith ALL demonstrate what it is to be Caring, Supportive, and Faithful.
And one of the great thrills of this missional model of being the church is when our “mission ministries,” (our Acts of Faith) reach out to others through mission giving — like making meals for a local homeless shelter or putting together supplies for the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance hurricane response teams.
